Privacy

We collect as little as we can, and we say so plainly.

What we collect

Through the Telegram bot we hold only what is needed to take an order: your Telegram user ID and chosen language; your first name and phone number when you place an order; a delivery address or pickup point; and, if you arrived from a partner space, the name of that space so the order is credited correctly. We do not collect your email unless you give it to us in conversation.

What we do not collect

This website does not run any third-party analytics, advertising trackers, social pixels, or fingerprinting scripts. There are no cookies set for tracking. Embedded Google Maps follows Google's own privacy practices on the embed itself.

How we use it

Order data is used only to prepare your order, contact you about pickup or delivery, credit a partner space, and keep a basic record of activity. We never sell or share data with advertisers or data brokers.

Where it lives

Order records live in our own database, on servers we control. Telegram itself stores message history under its terms — please review Telegram's privacy policy if that matters to you.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for 24 months for accounting and customer-care purposes, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see contact below.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the data we hold about you, or to stop processing it. We aim to respond within seven days. Where applicable under GDPR or Thai PDPA, the same rights apply.
